technology. Education is the essential foundation for the science and technology capability of a society
or country. The capacity of a society to either use or develop technology is highly dependent upon the
nature and extent of available education and in particular, technological education. A study of the
technical education system of a country provides considerable knowledge and insight into the culture of
a society as well. The technical education system of a country reveals a great deal about its primary
interests, work habits, values, attitudes, and even socio-political priorities.
The objective of this part of your research is the development of a comprehensive and detailed
