For an example, everyone who is welcomed (legally) into the states has basic unalienable rights such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But, other rights such as the second Amendment (the right to bear arms) should not be allowed to everyone who comes into American that is not a citizen. This could pose a threat to the American people, especially since we don’t always know the intentions of everyone.
Unfortunately, not everyone who visits The United States is friendly and so, precautions should be made and therefore citizenship should be a requirement to certain rights.

Answer: Yes.
Explanation: People can look back in history to find when things went awry and be able to learn from mistakes or not to repeat them. But you can also date current events back to the start to find why it's happened. Take the Russian invasion of Ukraine for example. Ukraine was once part of Russia and before the Mongolian invasion Kiev was the cultural center and capital for Russia. Ukraine then again became a part of the USSR before being relinquished in 1991. Russia believes that Ukraine should be brought back to the country on accounts of it's history with Kiev. Let's say the Mongolians never invaded Russia cutting them off from the rest of Europe. It would have been much closer to the rest of Europe and we may not even be having this current period of tension.
