Likewise with communication technology which is hardware equipment in the organizational structure that contains social values that enable individuals to collect, process and exchange information (according to Rogers, 1986).
Such a situation, where a technology is able to change something that may not necessarily be done into a reality. For example, if in the past people could not talk to other people who were somewhere far away, then after the telephone people could talk without boundaries and time gaps.
This is where, initially with the discovery of various simple devices, ranging from telephones, which are analog-based, progress and develop continuously until various other electronic devices appear. Until finally these technologies integrate with one another.

Answer:
The resolution to "The Lady or the Tiger" could involve the princess intervening before the protagonist could choose between the left and right doors, revealing that the "tiger" was actually a test of his loyalty. The princess could react with relief, while the lover and damsel may be disappointed. The king could be pleased with the outcome, but also disappointed that the test was necessary. The opening of the door could be considered the climax of the story. The falling action could involve the protagonist's reflection on the events and his decision-making process. To ensure all questions are answered and loose ends are tied, the resolution could include a dialogue between the protagonist and the princess, discussing their future and the lessons they learned.
In order to establish tone and emotion, the resolution could use dialogue between the characters to show their reactions and emotions, and juxtaposition to contrast the protagonist's feelings before and after the test. Additionally, pacing could be used to build tension leading up to the door-opening climax, and perspective could be used to show the protagonist's inner thoughts and feelings throughout the story.
What is ironic about the boat in “The Open Boat”, by Stephen Crane?
We can see that the ironic thing about the boat in “The Open Boat”, by Stephen Crane is that in "The Open Boat" by Stephen Crane, the boat in which four men, a correspondent, an oiler, a cook and a captain, were stranded on the ocean after their ship sinks, is ironic because it is described as a "dinghy" or "lifeboat", which are meant to save lives and bring safety, but in the story, it becomes a source of danger and suffering for the men as they struggle to survive in the face of the indifferent and hostile sea.
What is “The Open Boat”?"The Open Boat" is a short story by American author, Stephen Crane. It was first published in 1897, and is based on Crane's own experiences as a correspondent during the Cuban War of Independence, when he was shipwrecked off the coast of Florida. The story is an account of four men stranded in a small boat, after their ship sinks, and their struggle to survive against the forces of nature and their own fear and despair.
The men realize that the ocean is not going to be benevolent to them and the boat which is supposed to save them becomes a symbol of their vulnerability and helplessness. The men's realization that the boat is not going to save them, but rather is a small and fragile object in the vastness of the sea, is a powerful example of irony in the story.

One day, a young apprentice came to the witch and asked her to teach him the secrets of her brews. The witch, who was known for being reclusive and harsh, looked at the young apprentice with a critical eye.

Your paper should be approximately two to three pages in length. It should include a logical introduction, body, and conclusion that develops and supports your thesis. Include a works cited page as well as in-text citations in MLA format to document your sources, including the literary text you selected to analyze.
Answer:
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, written by Washington Irving in 1820, is a classic short story that has captivated audiences for centuries with its eerie and supernatural elements. One literary element that stands out in the story is its use of imagery. Irving masterfully uses descriptive language to create vivid and haunting images of the setting and characters that bring the story to life and heighten the eerie atmosphere.
The story is set in the small village of Sleepy Hollow, located in the Hudson Valley of New York. Irving describes the village as a "place of dreams" where "the air was filled with the fragrance of apples." He paints a picture of a peaceful and idyllic setting, which contrasts sharply with the eerie and supernatural events that transpire in the story. The imagery of the village sets the stage for the eerie atmosphere that permeates the story, making the reader feel uneasy and unsure of what to expect.
Irving also uses imagery to create an eerie and supernatural atmosphere through his portrayal of the main character, Ichabod Crane. Crane is described as "a tall, gawky-looking" schoolmaster with a "long, lank body" and "a lean, sallow face." The imagery used to describe Crane creates a sense of unease and otherworldliness, which is fitting for a character who is entangled in a supernatural legend. The imagery used to describe Crane also highlights his vulnerability and insignificance in the face of the powerful and mysterious forces that surround him.
The imagery used to describe the setting and characters in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is an integral aspect of the story that contributes to the eerie and supernatural atmosphere. Irving's use of descriptive language effectively creates vivid and haunting images that bring the story to life and heighten the eerie atmosphere. The imagery used in the story is an excellent example of how literary elements can be used to create an eerie and supernatural atmosphere, which is fitting for a story that is filled with eerie and supernatural events.
In conclusion, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is a classic short story that uses imagery to create an eerie and supernatural atmosphere. Irving's use of descriptive language effectively creates vivid and haunting images of the setting and characters, which bring the story to life and heighten the eerie atmosphere. The imagery used in the story is an excellent example of how literary elements can be used to create an eerie and supernatural atmosphere, which is fitting for a story that is filled with eerie and supernatural events.

Which sentences in this excerpt from Ernest Hemingway's "In Another Country" reflect the theme of the psychological alienation caused by war?
We all had the same medals, except the boy with the black silk bandage across his face, and he had not been at the front long enough to get any medals. The tall boy with a very pale face who was to be a lawyer had been lieutenant of Arditi carefully selected volunteers specializing in dangerous campaigns and had three medals of the sort we each had only one of. He had lived a very long time with death and was a little detached. We were all a little detached, and there was nothing that held us together except that we met every afternoon at the hospital. Although, as we walked to the Cova through the tough part of town, walking in the dark, with light and singing coming out of the wine-shops, and sometimes having to walk into the street when the men and women would crowd together on the sidewalk so that we would have had to jostle them to get by, we felt held together by there being something that had happened that they, the people who disliked us, did not understand.
Lady Macbeth advises her husband to "Look like the innocent flower, / But be the serpent under it" (Act I, Scene V, Lines 66-67). Write about something in the modern world that presents itself as an "innocent flower" even though it is really a "serpent." Use textual evidence to support your response by comparing your example back to the play.
In today's world, the devil may pose as a harmless flower, yet he is a snake from hell. He can trick you into seemingly harmless settings only to stab you. That is why, in the current world, we must be vigilant of the devil.
Where does Lady Macbeth say to seem like a flower but be the serpent under T?Macbeth and his wife appear to have switched roles. In his conversation with the killers, Macbeth employs the same speech that Lady Macbeth used to persuade him to murder in Act 1, Scene 7. He questions their manhood to enrage them, and their impulse to murder Banquo and Fleance stems from a need to prove themselves to be men.
Macbeth repeats her prior remarks in the encounter with Lady Macbeth that follows. She advised him earlier that he must "appear like the innocent blossom, but be the serpent under T".
They now have to "make [their] faces visors to [their] emotions, masking what they are," he continues, telling her to hide her disquiet. Even so, Macbeth unavoidably struggles with remorse and doubt, which he expresses by referring to the "scorpions" in his head and by saying that they "have burnt the snake, not slain it" by killing Banquo.

When I was younger, I faced many negative emotions such as fear and low self-esteem. For a long time, I felt alone and like no one understood how I felt. When I started studying psychology, my confidence was at an all-time low. The negative emotions I was feeling suddenly make sense. I could suddenly understand what drives people and why others treat me a certain way. Once I understood that, I was able to empathize with the attackers. Above all, I felt that someone finally understood me. Psychology has helped me gain insight into my own behavior and understand others, ultimately allowing me to overcome my fears.
In the future, I hope to help others do the same. Wherever I ended up, understanding why people act a certain way and being able to be more compassionate and empathetic towards others has only helped me succeed. Now for the big question. The world we live in is a painful and complex place, but psychology can identify what causes this suffering and how to change it. I don't want to help you learn to love unconditionally.
